Lorenzo G. Zaffaroni is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Sociology, Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. He teaches Sociology and Sociology of Media at Università Cattolica in Milan. His work focuses on the sociology of cultural production and digital media. In particular, he is interested in the relationship between legitimation processes in cultural fields, the categorisation of cultural products and their circulation. In 2023, he published Arte nella fotografia. La legittimazione artistica della fotografia in Italia (Vita & Pensiero).
